For Jimmy
Who the Dinger is for. Only those people get dinged; everyone in the group can still see it and tap Done. Pick who when you make it, or with Change.
Who can tap Done
If a Dinger is for certain people, only they (or whoever set it) can finish it, so nobody else can turn it off by accident. The person who set it gets a notice when it's done.
Stops when
For Dingers for more than one person: Anyone taps Done (a shared chore, done once for everyone) or Each person taps Done (everyone keeps getting dinged until they each tap Done).
Test
Rings it on this phone now so you can hear it. Doesn't change anything.
Finished early
You already did it. Takes two taps. Moves it to Done so it won't ding.
When it dings
✓ DONE
The task is finished. Stops the dinging for everyone, unless it's set to Each person taps Done, then it only stops for you.
Snooze
Quiets only your phone until the next re-ding. Everyone else still gets dinged.
Flashing screen
When it dings, the whole screen flashes red and the bell shakes like an alarm clock, so you notice even with the sound off. On a computer the browser tab flashes "🔔 DING!" too.
Buzz
Android phones vibrate with every ding. iPhones only vibrate for alerts that arrive while Dinger is closed (Apple doesn't let web pages vibrate).
Re-ding
It dings again every 2 minutes (or what you picked) until someone taps Done.
Everything else
Done list
Dingers someone finished. Tap one, then 🔔 Turn back on (pick a new time if its time passed).
Wants to join
With Ask me before someone new joins on, people who tap your invite link wait until you tap Let in. A number on the People button means someone is waiting. The group owner can Remove anyone, and anyone can Leave this group. Make a new invite link stops old links from working.

Change notices
When someone adds, changes, or turns back on a Dinger for you, you get a quick notice with the new time. You don't get one for your own changes.
✨ Dinger was updated
When there's a new version, Dinger refreshes itself and lists what's new. If you're in the middle of something, it waits and shows a Refresh button.
Turn on alerts
Lets your phone get dinged even when Dinger is closed. Do it once on each phone.
Turn on sound
